You can access your tracking information, when available, via your order confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any information regarding your shipment that can't be seen on the tracking page. That is the only information that USPS provides to us.
These delays are unprecedented, and entirely out of our control. We are very sorry if these delays are impacting your order with us. All we can do is wait. It's an extremely frustrating situation.
