When will my order ship?

Our average shipping time is less than four hours after an order is placed. (Business hours.)

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking information automatically, as soon as your order ships. You can also access your tracking information via your order confirmation e-mail.

Where are you located?

We use several fulfillment centers located across the US. We ship primarily from Sparks, NV and Richmond, VA.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping via USPS. While USPS is the best option within the US, it is slow and sometimes unreliable outside of the US. Please understand that once a package is handed off to the carrier, there is nothing we can do. We do not have access to any updates other than what is shown on the tracking page, and we cannot cancel, redirect, or otherwise assist with international shipments after they are handed off.

International customers are also encouraged to explore using a forwarding service/proxy. Forwarding services may offer better shipping rates than what we would be able to offer directly.
